Replacement Policy

When You're Eligible for a Free Replacement

  • Your subscription stops working during the warranty period (duration listed on the product page)
  • Login credentials stop working due to password change by the account owner
  • The account gets suspended or banned through no fault of your own
  • Delivery takes longer than the promised timeframe

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Share your order details (product name, date of purchase)
  3. Describe the issue briefly
  4. We'll verify and send a replacement — typically within 30 minutes

Refund Policy

Full Refund Scenarios

  • We are unable to deliver the subscription within 24 hours of payment
  • We are unable to provide a working replacement after a failed subscription
  • The product was misrepresented (features don't match the product description)

Partial Refund / Store Credit

If you've used a subscription for a significant portion of the warranty period before an issue arises, we may offer a proportional refund or store credit for the remaining period, at our discretion.

No Refund Scenarios

  • You changed your mind after receiving a working subscription
  • Subscription issues caused by your own actions (changing password on a shared account, violating provider terms)
  • You purchased the wrong product (we'll help exchange if possible)
  • Service provider outages that affect all users (Netflix downtime, etc.)

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase (UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal). You'll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
