1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing trnding.in or placing an order through our WhatsApp channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. About Our Services

TRNDING is a premium subscription reseller. We provide access to third-party software and streaming subscriptions at discounted prices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with the subscription providers (Netflix, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.) whose products we resell.

All subscriptions are sourced through legitimate channels including group plans, educational licenses, regional pricing, and authorised reseller programmes.

• Payment must be completed before delivery of subscription credentials
• Accepted payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), PayPal (international)
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are subject to change without notice
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified

5. Delivery

Subscription credentials are delivered via WhatsApp within the timeframe specified on each product page (typically 30 minutes to 1 hour). Delivery times may vary during peak hours or for products requiring manual setup. TRNDING is not responsible for delays caused by payment verification or customer-side issues.

6. Warranty & Replacement

All subscriptions come with a replacement guarantee for the duration specified on the product page. If your subscription access stops working during the warranty period due to no fault of your own, TRNDING will provide a free replacement. The warranty does not cover:

• Account suspension due to customer's violation of the service provider's terms
• Password changes by the customer on shared accounts
• Issues caused by the customer's device, network, or settings

7. Account Usage

• Credentials received from TRNDING are for your personal use only
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with others
• For shared plans: do not change the password or account settings unless explicitly told you can
• For personal plans: you may change the password as instructed during delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

TRNDING's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific subscription in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers (Netflix, Adobe, etc.) as their services may experience outages independent of TRNDING.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on trnding.in — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of TRNDING. Product names and logos (Netflix, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. TRNDING does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks.

10. Changes to Terms

TRNDING reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
